Easter Cake

We're photographing pretty much everything that goes on and I made a cake for our Easter dinner. Ty loves coconut cake, and I thought that it seemed Easter-y, so I decided to make one. I put the finishing touches on it last night. I even dyed some coconut green to look like grass, oh I just remembered that I forgot to pick up some Peeps when I was at the store today. Well we'll just have a green grassy cake.
You'll be happy to hear that it turned out great! We decided that since it was just going to be the two of us at our Easter dinner, we didn't have to wait to have cake tomorrow! So we tried some tonight- and it's everything we thought it would be! It's delicious! :)
